Professional Background
I am a Registered Nurse with more than twenty-five years of clinical experience in Labour, Delivery, and Postpartum nursing. My clinical practice has included mentoring new nurses, supporting competency development, and contributing to staff education within Women’s Health.
My professional interests include perinatal bereavement care, clinical mentorship, competency-based orientation, and improving nursing education within clinical practice environments.

I am currently completing the CASN Nurse Educator Certificate Program (Module 2: Curriculum & Design). Through this program, I am developing knowledge in:

Purpose of This Portfolio
